Questions
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. Every tool runs inside your browser on your own device. PDFs, images, videos and text are processed locally and never sent to us, which makes foneg safe for contracts, invoices and other confidential documents.
What does unlimited mean?
There is no cap on how many files you process or how often you use a tool. The only practical limit is the memory of your own device.
How does the trial work?
You get full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel from your account page in two clicks.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no contracts.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which emails a receipt for every payment. Invoices can be downloaded from your account page.
A tool we need is missing. Can you build it?
Send us a request from your account page. Team plans get one tool built each month, and we add the most requested tools for everyone.
Which devices and browsers work?
Any recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on desktop or mobile. Heavy video and AI tools run fastest on a laptop or desktop.
How is a Team plan set up?
The person who pays becomes the team owner and manages billing. The plan covers up to 5 people.
